so i'm taking a photography class this semester, and we were tooling around with camera menus last class. and i realized my camera has been shooting sRGB since i got it over a month ago.
depressing.

Just ordered a D80 with a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 AF lens, and 2 gigs of Extreme III memory. stoked.

also, my skis have been warrantied.
so i'm ready for winter.

Clubs:

i'm going to make this quick since its 1am and all.
some new stuff is up, a little HDR work.
sold 4 prints at a show recently. thats 4 more than last year.
still working on websites, and doing a little computer help on the side.
i start at hugs on the 19th. finally.
ordered a cokin P holder and ND grad set. polarizer and a remote sooner than later.
big big list of places to shoot in the next 2 weeks, since i have a project due on the 31st.

Clubs:

so far, so good.
in the past couple weeks i've accomplished quite a bit.
i started another online course, art history this time around.
drove to burlington with my mom to visit my bro (whos on dA now: [link]).
made a little progress on the current website, enough to kind of pay the bills.
started taking pictures on a regular basis again, even some film.

I drove to Orono Friday, then Rockport yesterday for a class meeting at the Maine Center for Contemporary Art. Saw some pretty cool stuff, mainly Alan Magees weirder stuff, and a couple interesting photomanips. The level of most of the photomanips in the exhibit was pretty sad in my opinion.

I just ordered an 8x ND filter, so psyched.

And I have started a list of places to shoot in the near future.

after a month of fighting with the cable company.
i've decided i'm going to be unemployed until i can get started at Hugs again around the end of July.
so until then i'm building websites and taking classes.
