thank god for grillo?

what's wrong with sRGB?
if I understood the thing correctly, most web and image browsers display photos in sRGB, so if you'd save them in aRGB, they would display it wrong to your web audience. or am I wrong?

adobe has a wider gamut, which is better for print.
and print is gooood.
there are enough issues with monitor calibration and crappy displays that i don't expect most people on dA to see my photos as I intended anyway.
:icond-minutiv:
tell me honestly - have you seen any major difference in prints from sRGB and aRGB files? "labs" that make prints tend to screw them up anyway ;)
I honestly don't think it's worth the hassle of converting every file for web display and so I work in sRGB, but I understand if someone decides otherwise when prints are his major concern.
take care!

if i make any money at all of my photos, its from selling prints... so i might as well get into the habit of prepping my work for print output. someday it'll make a difference.

until prophoto becomes the standard. :D
